New Clinical Digital Health Solutions Framework

The announcement of the Clinical Digital Health Solutions Framework for software related services provides a perfect opportunity for new and existing companies to bring to fruition their ideas for driving forward the digital health landscape. The value of the Framework – at an estimated £2 billion – will provide for the needs of digital workplace solutions.

The scope of the Framework covers: electronic patient record systems including PAS, acute, mental, community, ambulance EPRs, pathology systems solutions, radiology systems solutions, pharmacy systems solutions, patient support systems solutions, and specialist system solutions.

There is an increasing requirement for health software and system developers and manufacturers to comply with Digital Technology Assessment Criteria (DTAC) requirements before deploying into the NHS. This includes the range of services covered in the Framework. The Clinical Digital Health Solutions Framework aligns perfectly with the working strategies and extensive experience of Kaleidoscope Consultants, principally within the scope of data privacy in health tech and life sciences and Clinical Safety Standards, DCB0129 and DCB0160.

Kaleidoscope Consultants Limited are committed to delivering services designed to safeguard health data, and enhance clinical safety, by ensuring the highest standards of compliance against clinical safety and data protection regulations and laws. We assist companies in their development of health IT devices to prepare for their entry into the UK market which requires compliance with the requirements of the stringent DTAC. Get in touch today via this link and speak to one of our team to find out how we can best support you with your data protection, clinical safety and DTAC requirements.
