The role of the leadership and governance arrangements between organisations is to design and deliver change. The relationship between leaders matures over time as understanding and common language emerges. Kaleidoscope has many years of experience of working with system leaders in establishing governance arrangements across multiple organisations. We have helped build trust between the parties and supported them to remain true to their shared objectives.
In the past we have supported regional groups to confidently share and link over two million citizen records, including all of their health and social care data. This particular project has been scrutinised by multiple external bodies and has passed all tests.
